(PLA) is an ecological polymer deriving from the polymerization of lactic acid derived from dextrose, which can be obtained from corn, sugar cane, tapioca roots, potatoes, wheat, beets.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">It therefore derives from totally renewable sources.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">It is also totally biodegradable by composting (EN 13432), non-toxic, resistant, has a pleasant smell and is easy to use.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In the non-oriented form (thread for 3D printers) it is a material with high stiffness, but rather brittle.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">It also does not allow use at temperatures above 60\u00b0C.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Naturally transparent or semi-transparent, it is marketed in various colours.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Recommended printing parameters:<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Nozzle temperature : 170-210\u00b0C \u2013 depending on printing speed<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Plate temperature : from room temperature up to 50\u00b0C<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The temperatures recommended above are indicative and must be modified according to your printing setup.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">PLA is a hygroscopic material.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Be sure to use filaments that have not absorbed moisture.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">If in doubt, dry at a temperature of 60\u00b0C for 3 hours to reduce the initial moisture content to 1\/2 and extend the treatment if necessary.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">It is recommended to operate in an adequately ventilated environment.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Do not sleep in the room where you print.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">FiLO PLA is supplied vacuum packed with moisture absorber.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\"
