TEI combines equipment, materials and experience to turn a request into a product. We choose the process based on geometry, material and quantity; feasibility is checked for each project.

In single-screw extrusion, heated material is pushed through a die to create a continuous cross-section. TEI reports a Bandera line with a Ø45 mm screw and different screws for different materials.

From pellet
to component.
Plastic is heated and injected into a mold. After cooling, the part is removed. TEI reports 50 and 100 tonne Fanuc presses for repeatable component production.

TEI reports processing PP, PE, PLA, HIPS, ABS, SAN, PEI, PS, TPE, TPU, PVC and soft PVC. Compatibility with molding or extrusion must be assessed for each product; not every material suits every process.
